About the event
From Books to Bricks LEGO Program (Ages 6–12) | Coeur d’Alene Public Library
Kids ages 6–12 are invited to turn stories into structures at From Books to Bricks, a creative LEGO building program at the Coeur d’Alene Public Library. This engaging after-school activity takes place on Tuesdays.
Each week, participants will listen to a favorite library book chosen to spark imagination and inspire a themed LEGO building challenge. After the story, kids will have the rest of the hour to design and build their own LEGO masterpiece using creativity, problem-solving, and engineering skills.
At the end of each session, one standout creation will be selected and featured in the library’s glass display case, allowing the community to admire the builder’s work throughout the week.
