About the event
Log Cabin Fiber Arts will be hosting their annual “Weave It!” all day, Friday May 30th at the Library. Swing by and check out experienced weavers working on their craft. From 1-3, local fiber artist Caryn Shepler, will be leading us through the process of weaving a bookmark on a cardboard loom. Learn the basics of weaving, how to make a cardboard loom, warp the loom, and finish a project. Come for the craft or bring your own work and stay for the day! All weavers of all experience levels are welcome to join. Supplies will be provided for the bookmark, registration is encouraged.
